As an International Student, you are protected by Australian Law while working in Australia. This means you have the same protections at work as anyone else.
In Australia, you are entitled to a safe work environment, to receive at least the minimum wage for your employment award, and to receive superannuation.

Our Brisbane Campus is located at 162 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills, Queensland 4006 and is easily accessible by both public and private transport. Off-street and secure paid parking is available within walking distance of the campus. Bowen Hills Train Station is an easy 700m walk. Local bus stops are within 100m of the campus.
The facilities at our campus were specifically designed with quality training in mind, with multiple specialised training rooms available, as well as a practical workplace simulation room. This simulation room is designed for you to learn and practise specialised skills and techniques in a safe environment before you undertake your vocational placement in a registered facility.
Students are encouraged to view each campus as a ‘home away from home’ and make use of the fully-equipped kitchen facilities and recreational space. There are also cafes, food and shopping outlets nearby and medical facilities within walking distance.
Bowen Hills is an inner city suburb just a short distance from Brisbane from Brisbane central business district.Â
Our Gold Coast Campus is located at 7/52 Davenport Street, Southport, Queensland 4215 and is easily accessible by both public and private transport.
