This skill set reflects the skill requirements for workers wanting to develop the skills to assist people with disability that display behaviours of concern. This skill set is to support those workers that already hold a Certificate III Qualification in direct client care or support sectors and who are existing workers in the field and wish to expand their skills and knowledge to assist people with disabilities who display behaviours of concern.

DP Training accepts and provides credit transfers to learners who have authenticated and verified VET transcripts and AQF certification documentation issued by another Registered Training Organisation.

DP Training Campus
It is an entry requirement that you are an Existing Worker in the Community Services and Health industry or are a parent or unpaid carer of a NDIS participant, and that you hold a qualification at Certificate III level or higher in an area involving the provision of direct client care or support.

Fee for Service
A $250 deposit is required prior to commencing training and assessment, with fortnightly and monthly payment plans to pay the remaining fees.
In order to gain the Skill Set, 3 units of competency must be completed for this qualification.
